Hunan Xuetian Fine Chemical- Snowsky FinChem was established in 2014 with registered capital of RMB 38.5 million, jointly founded by Hunan Light Industry & Salt Group (controlling shareholder, state-owned, listed company) and Hunan Light Industry Research Institute. Its predecessor, Hunan Zhongye Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., dates back to 1996 — giving the company nearly three decades of deep expertise in fine chemical synthesis.
We are a government-designated pesticide API manufacturer and one of the few enterprises in China holding the complete credential set for both DEET and IR3535. Our subsidiary, Hunan Dite New Material Technology Co., Ltd., manages the pesticide active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) business line.
